Objective: The programme gives its students technical skills for the tourism and catering industries which enables them to find a job in the formal sector.

Direct beneficiaries: 1.000 students.
Indirect beneficiaries: 6.500 people.
The mission is to empower young women through training that permits them to be economically self-sufficient, to raise their self-esteem and increase their participation in taking decisions in their community. This work contributes to solving the problem of unemployment and of the scarcity of qualifications in the country.
