The Montblanc Foundation organized on Sunday the 12th of May, a visit to the Cordoníu Caves to raise money for the Liziba Project, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. More than 40 people gathered to enjoy an enjoyable and fondly remembered morning.
At 12.30, the president of the Group listened to a presentation of the history of the Sant Sadurni d`Anoia caves, given by the assistants. There was a walk in the garden and a part of the school installations, then a visit to the museum where an important part of the machinery of the era is displayed.
This was followed by an enjoyable walk through the caves, which are many kilometres long, before a wine tasting of Pinot Noir Rosé and some nibbles.
We wish to thank once more from our website the generosity of Codorníu who waived the fee of the visit by Project Liziba.
