Pineda walks for Kenya

Pineda College students including the students in the final two years of secondary school staged a solidarity march to collect funding for the CHEP Project (Children`s Health Programme) run by Limuru, in Kenya.

The March involved walking or running a few laps of the length of a circuit set out for each runner and trust member by sponsors that they themselves have sought out and who have donated a voluntary amount for each lap covered.

During a day of fun and efforts, the participants demonstrated their solidarity commitment and their interest in contributing towards providing relief equipment towards the sanitary necessities of the children of Limuru.
