"Cooperation and Solidarity close to home"

"Cooperation and Solidarity close to home" is the subject of the round table discussion which will take place in the Can Deu Civic Centre, Plaça de la Concòrdia 13, Barcelona, on Monday 7 October, at 6.30pm, as part of the district's Annual Festival.

The discussion is an initiave from the solidarity and cooperation institutions, with the support of the Les Corts district, which aims to debate and explore good practices with regard to cooperation and solidarity in our city.

Who is involved:
  • Antonia Giménez, local Red Cross coordinator in Barcona. "Modelos de solidaridad y cooperación de proximidad" (Models of solidaritiy and cooperation close to home).
  • Head of the local Soup kitchen of the Paris of Santa Maria Reina of Les Corts district.
  • Lita Álvarez,  director of the Quatre Vents Foundation, an organisation from the Raval district. Presentation of the project "Servicio de Atención a la infancia y a la Familia" (Infants and Families Car Service) Open 24 hours fom Monday to Saturday.
